First time visit and it went great. The staff was friendly and explained everything super simple. Got to watch tv while they worked on my teeth which was nice escape.

I love this dentist they are the best in state. I have went somewhere else to get my dental done and it was a bad mistake. I called the office and the staff and dentist there was very welcoming and I would never go anywhere else for my dental from now on.

Extremely unpleasant experience with Danelle...I called the office several times about rescheduling appointments for my kids and instead of calling me back, she sends a text message. I felt that was extremely rude because I asked in several voice messages for a call back. When I called back AGAIN, she had the nastiest attitude, offering an appointment 3 months from now...felt like I was being punished because life happens and I had the cancel my appointments. I'm going to look for somewhere else. Thanks for the great customer service, Danelle. UPDATE: Should have known this place was not as reputable as they claimed when they referred to someone as a Karen. Not at all professional. Regardless of what you stated Dr. Carpenter, Danelle was rude. I wasn't condescending with your employee. I simply asked why I'd received a text message from her (like we were friends) when I specifically asked for a phone call. Life happens. Sometimes things come up and you can't make the appointment scheduled 6 months out. I shouldn't be treated badly because of it. I am an active duty Soldier (been serving for 22 yrs). I make it a point to not be condescending to anyone. It was NEVER about an earlier appointment...just customer service. Being rude and condescending to your customers because they have a grievance won't keep customers coming back, either. Thanks again Danelle and Dr. Carpenter.
