This review is difficult for me. As far as the staff they were phenomenal. I have worn wigs for over 15 years and never had an issue with them until this one most of mine last at least a year many times much more. I take really good care of them this one they last less than three months I start having issues with it the Velcro doesnt hold, and even though it is just synthetic not a heat resistant synthetic it doesnt look fresh ever. I always condition it after washing and use Silicon in between. I am just stumped over what the problem could be

Merle Norman cosmetics in Lacey is wonderful. It's always clean and there's a wonderful lady there who has helped me with some skin care by the name of Lori. She's a beautiful Hispanic looking lady but does she ever know her stuff. Oh, did I say she could chat you up. She could sell me on anything. She has amazing advice on both Merle Norman cosmetics, skin care, and even wigs. This gal deserves a raise.......

Been using these product for years. Im glad there still around.Lacey staff are awesome and very helpful.
