      image I want to share the worst experience my daughter and I had. We were attacked at the door by two white employees. Two not one to asked what we needed. Why I ask myself since we we sometimes can find it ourselves. Prejudice I believe but hope not. My daughter and I have birthdays same month so we went in for the birthday gift Ulta offers. They were Not helpful and had us going in circles. Racist 100% She told me how I wanted receipt and I said email, and she stood with the gift the we were finally able to get without even saying here it is. Not put in a bag. I was looking in my purse so I didn't see her handing it me until my daughter said , mom there it is. Very rude and by the time we left I felt so over whelmed with the experience that I felt like I had walked ten miles. The experience my daughter and I was so terrible I won't be going back any more until I see genuine employees who treat people with respect and dignity that we deserve.. Get a whole new crew. or why don't you spend sometime at store undetected of course to see what actually goes on there.

      image I have been going to Ulta in Lacey for over 10 years. Stephanie helps me out that day with basically getting everything completely to perfection with my face and skin type. I have gotten multiple compliments on how beautiful my ma ! up looks! ! Stephanie knew exactly what she was doing and not even that i had so much fun with her. She is so funny and I hands-down will always go back to her Everybody is very very nice there, and Ive never had an issue with somebody not trying to help me with trying to get the best make up for my skin type and skin complexion. Every single time I have never been happy with the results I have gotten.

      image I have encountered some of the worst customer service that I have experienced in my life in this store!! There was no excuse for two horrible experiences in under twenty minutes by two different employees. This was a big eye opener on the Unprofessionalism in this store. I had to school them at the end on customer service because it was heavily lacking on September 3 at 20:09. When you need a customer to wait, after helping three people in front of her. Address them and let them know what's going on. Let the customer know that they're not invisible, Let the customer know that their service is valued! That should happen before the hehehe and hahahs with co-workers. Also, I understand helping a handsome man before helping others. But maybe don't get so infatuated that you forget to come back and help the other customer who asked for help in the first place. Good God, it was horrible. Some retraining or rehiring is needed because this place is a mess.

      image I had the best experience tonight shopping in the Lacey wa store. I was wandering around overwhelmed and was stopped by Aly whom I later found out worked in the salon. She went out of her way to help me with my mature skin concerns. She was so kind and compassionate as well as knowledgeable. I will forever come back to this location just to work with Aly and I am already making an appt with her to do my daughters hair for senior pics. The world needs more Alys

      image I called to see why my Appoitnment was cancelled. And then when talking to the salons supervisor she is like let me see what I can do. Took my information and never called me back. I was marked as no show when I have always shown up to my appointments. The manager of the salon I talked to was rude. And tired to tell me as a mother maybe I should find time in my week like she does with her kids. Everyone life is different so idk why it was her business to tell me I should do better. She should do better by maybe actually calling people back when they are trying to get something fixed. Both the hairdresser and manager were rude. I will not be giving this salon my business if this how they operate and most of them are always on their cell phones anyways when they are trying to do a clients hair.
