I booked a haircut at this location and everyone was so nice! Alejandra was amazing and so friendly during my cut. She did a really awesome job and I am in love with my hair!

First, Ask for Store to Door free shipping if product is not available. Sadly, Cant enjoy your self there and look at products throughout the store cosmetics its like a candy store to me and They constantly ask if you need help 4 times by 2 same employees with in a few minutes apart not enjoyable experience. The salon is loud hear them talking out loud needs to be a wall there for the shoppers. Recommending a product that was not what I wanted because what I came in for was not available. I wish I was told about the store to door by the floating associates of the option free delivery if not in store and could have got what I wanted not some other recommendation product I didnt want. Had to drive back immediately and return and cant do store to door because my gift card purchase return was also unopened with a loyalty receipt a hour later I now get a merchandise store credit and cant use it to do store to door with it. I must wait now or pay again if I want store to door purchase or wait till its in stock to get my product with the new replaced merchandise store credit . If I was only told what I came in for with a photo I brought was sold out and was offered store to door my product would be delivered to me in 1week simple as that. Highly unsatisfied.

I like this Ulta. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable without being beauty-snobs. Genuinely try to help you find great products in a range of budgets. Wish there was a little better selection for hair color, but that's a small complaint.

Running errands, needed cuticle oil, saw two ladies standing in front where the cashier was, assumed that's where the line started. Stood behind the two ladies where both a young red headed woman with a sleeve of tattoos and a blonde hair woman with a floral dress were behind the register. Neither said a word to me, just looked. Blonde hair lady gave me a smile and walked away. The two ladies infront left, I go to the register and the red head starts checking me out. I pay then turn to leave I hear the red head apologize to another cust who mumbles under her breath that I must not know how to wait, I immediately turn around and ask did I cut the line because no one informed me! I would never purposely disrespect someone, I felt very upset that NO ONE who worked at this location informed me of my faux pas. TWO EMPLOYESS SAW ME STANDING AT THE REGISTER AND DID NOT INFORM ME WHERE THE LINE STARTED. Does Ulta not properly train their employees on how to speak to others? If someone told me I cut the line I would had gone into the back. I don't appreciate that the red-head apologized to the customer behind me but lacked the gumption to tell me I cut the other paying customers there and made it seem like I was the problem because Ulta employees don't have customer service skills. I will also be filing an official complaint to corporate as well, because since I am black woman this action made me feel discriminated against. NOT ALL BLACK PEOPLE ARE AGRESSIVE OR CONFRONTATIONAL maybe you just suck at using your big girl words.
