The Hub

The Hub Apartment was a great experience for my daughter. Desirae, the Property Manager was great to work with & very accommodating. The location is extremely secure with c-card access to the building after hours. The rooms are very nice, clean & adequate. The location is convenient to shopping & freeway access. The checkout process was very fair too. The atmosphere is very positive & uplifting. I highly recommend it. This is Carolyn. My daughter loved the apartment and we did too. The management team especially Desirae were exceptional. We have never stayed in a nicer atmosphere and apartment.

Hi, Im Ruben and I have lived in The Hub apartments since they opened. The environment in this place is always full of good vibes and good energy. Desirae and her team make all the effort to always make this place feel like home. From the donuts Friday to all the events they host for all the residents. I truly love living in a place that is more of a community and not just a place to live. More over, David from maintenance is such a good soul and amazing human being. He is efficient with his work and ensuring anything we need is there for all residents. I highly recommend The Hub, if you want to live in a place that feels like home. Also for my military community this is a great location close to JBLM.

My experience in living at The Hub Apartments has been nothing short of exceptional. The leasing professionals are always efficient and considerate - you get the genuine sense they know who you are and what you need. Also, David in maintenance deserves praise for being prompt and proactive in fixing any issues. I love the upscale surroundings and units that are so visually appealing. The community manager, Desirae, invests a great amount of energy in cultivating a friendly environment to connect residents. For anyone who wants to experience outstanding leasing, top-notch maintenance, and a beautiful friendly environment, I highly recommend The Hub.

I wad excited to move here. But I wish they would of told me the walls are paper thin. I can here everything my neighbor says. It's midnight and he never stops talking very loud. I get 4 hrs in my place that i can enjoy. I shouldn't have to live like this!! If the problem would just get taken care of, than maybe, I can be happy here!

I haven't seen this type of hospitality in apartment buildings; absolutely love it! Donuts & coffee on Fridays, pub downstaires and great maintenance; the walls on the inside are also much more quiet :) The office staff are really nice and helpfull with everything. Coming from California a year and a half ago, I especially like the security extrance they have. Their walls are surprisingly thick making it much quieter inside your unit. The shades are more for privacy than the sunlight, so you'll have to get some type of sade or curtain, but overall love the windows personally, and super sound proof! Anyway, great starter place loved it :D
