        Lidija, the property manager, is amazing! She has gone out of her way several times to help me! She is very knowledgeable and always so kind and caring. Lidija makes herself readily available and is quick to respond to any question or concern. I am very grateful that I live in a place where I feel safe and supported!

        BEWARE Do Not Rent an apt at Carpenter Crest Apartments or, any other apartment thru Olympic Multi-family Management they are CORRUPT and I can not emphasize that enough. Rent from any other apartment complexes that are not managed by this management company. I only lived at the Carpenter Crest apartments a year and it was the worst place I have ever lived. I'd rather live in a tent then rent from this place. Pretty much everyday I lived here was a nightmare. * If any potential renters are looking at these apts and would like to know further details on why I wrote this review please, feel free to reach out to me.         I visited this apartments yesterday and they were amazing! So clean and so nice! Manager Lidija at this property was so welcoming! Her office smelled so good! She went over everything and every detail regarding the procedure as to how to do applications for her property! She walked with me around the property, showing me all the great things thats this apartment complex has to over! I will be definitely coming back at the end of March to apply. Thank you Lidija for being so amazing at what you do!

        Lidia, the manager did everything in her power from day one to get me in the apartment I wanted to be in. She is the kindest, sweetest most efficient person I've worked with in a long time. If you want an easy pleasant experience in moving, this company and Lidia are the way to go!!

        Its been over a year ive lived here and every single staff member has been a genuine, kind hearted individual. Past and present staff have all been extremely compassionate with a number of things. The complex is pretty kept aswell, and i genuinely cant think of any flaws with my stay so far. Every neighbor ive met, staff or passersbys have been nothing but kind. I strongly recommend living here
