Ive had a wonderful experience working with Lakeshore since late summer to complete a remodel for my property to get it ready for rent. Ive really appreciated the quick and thorough communication, friendly staff with expertise and helpful advice, and now a great finished product. The transition into listing my property for rent was seamless and Im excited to be welcoming my first tenants just a short time later. My mind is at ease knowing Lakeshore will be overseeing the ongoing property management details and ensuring their rental experience is also great.

Extremely negligent and unresponsive. Have put my health and safety at risk on multiple occasions as a result of something they just simply didnt want to do, or spend the time/money on. DO NOT risk your life with this company! Once they make a mistake, they will ignore you until you forget they did anything. Will not own up to their mistakes and will make your life busier!

We had Lakeshore as our property manager for the past year. Their team was friendly, professional, and always answered any questions we had in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone looking for property managers in the Seattle area.
