        I'd rather and will be homeless rather than pay crazy unsustainable and entrapment like leasing methods. $75mo tandem shared parking!! I mean come on. For real. And I don't mean the side by side tandem either. Ridiculous property management model.

        I live a Tudor Manor a property owned by Muse MGMT. I have had nothing but problem since I have live here. One time it took me two week to get in touch with them. Just to handle a maintenance problem an another two weeks for them to fix it. Also your unit share power with the unit next to yours. So if the neighbor comes home. Cut's his lights on power goes out. Then you have to wait to get someone to come out to cut the power back on. They do not keep up with yards or the trash. During the covid-19 epidemic they did nothing to help the residents that were struggling also rasied rent rend during that time which was illegal.
