    Summers automotive did a beautiful job on my 11 year old Silverado replaced brakes, calipers shocks struts leaking hoses and a few other parts. Rides like new, just avoided a head collision with an elk, the improved braking and handling really saved me Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto brake repair, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Vehicle safety inspection

    It would take pages to explain the recurring problems I experienced with my Ford Escape & the dealerships so I will simply say the following about Summers: 1. Great integrity & honest in their dealings. 2. Fair pricing for the work they do. 3. Upfront with what they find & great at explaining their recommendations so you understand all of your options. 4. They really care about their customers. I would HIGHLY recommend Summers for any automotive services.

    Okay, I was having high hopes for this place based on reviews but first interaction with the woman who answered the phone put a sour taste in my mouth. I simply wanted to get a quote on a transmission drop and fluid refill 2018 C43 AMG 9 speed trans, per owners manual and standard AMG owner knowledge to get done by 60k miles. Easy peasy. I then am proceeded to be interrupted and began getting lectured on it should be replaced sooner than that depending on driving style etc (aware and fair point) and I may need to replace other things etc etc all on one breath. She also needed to know what transmission is in it etc to get a quote and that also affects how often to replace fluid (I still haven't been able to get a word in or am interrupted admidst giving her the license plate for her to confirm vin/transmission 7 vs 9 speed). I then had to talk over her to let her know I gave her the plate to confirm trans speed/type but she had continuously spoken over me during her pitch. Not great customer service not a great taste in my mouth treating all customers as if they know zilch about their cars (most don't to be fair, but many do, just don't assume).
