Hertz Car Rental - Kirkland - 124th Avenue Northeast HLE

No one was even in the building when I arrived. Didnt have the car I booked. The car I got is broken and the manager of this place doesnt care. He said, maybe its user error. And that anything not essential to the car, doesnt matter if its broken. If you want quality cars and good people DONT GO HERE. Also, its franchised so you cant even get a replacement elsewhere and they didnt have any other car for me. Also, the car was dirty when I got it because again, the car I actually booked wasnt there and she needed to do a quick clean. If thats clean, I worry about what it looked like before. Ash all over the car.

Hertz canceled my reservation last minute messing up long weekend plans with my kids. Worst service with nothing done to right the situation. You are better off renting from Turo or the airport location, dont waste time booking here.

Absolutely worst service ever experienced. The manager is awful and rude. Do NOT use this location or Redmond in Washington. Every other rental agency is better

Booked two weeks in advance and yet when I turned up, they outright refused to give any car. We Literally pointed out parked cars upfront and asked why can we get one of them and they first said they needed oil change and when other customers came to pick them they simply told us point blank saying all are booked (I assume they are paying more ) !!! When we persisted , they asked us to wait for 3-4 hrs in case an extra car magically turned up.. !! When we refused, they refused to cancel the booking and we had to call the 1-800 number and explain it to them to get a cancellation .. We had a whole trip worth thousands booked ahead of us and now we are struggling to get refunds from hotels and what not .. Its unbelievably unprofessional.. shame on you Hertz
