Hertz Car Rental - Everett - 2920 Rucker HLE

Just now went to pick up my car. Had to wait twenty minutes before the attendant came from the back of the building. Two people were in front of me, one had waited two hours. I made the reservation for noon but was delayed, I was less than an hour late, was told I had an hour grace period. The very rude attendant looked at me, crossed his arms and said you were late, so we gave your car away. Offered no help even through my reservation was made two weeks prior. We decided to head down to Enterprise on Evergreen Way, the two ladies behind the counter were out of their way helpful. ( Note: there was a couple that came into Hertz behind me, thirty minutes early to pick up their car. Lo and behold they show up at Enterprise 15 minutes after we got there. Hertz had no car for them, but Enterprise went out of their way to find a car at another lot.) Hertz lost two customers that day. In this day age customer service is everything. This Hertz location had none!

The guy that called me for my reservation couldn't speak English clearly. I made multiple calls back to him but he never answered my calls. No voice message system setup either so I couldn't even leave a message.. Went with Enterprise instead (21101 Hwy 99 Lynnwood) and had zero issues.

This location is failing. We prepaid and provided our reservation. Our flight came I. 30 mins late. We called them when we landed and they had given away our vehicle. They told us they called us to let us know we were on the airplane and missed their call. Why do they even ask for your flight number . This place is being severely mismanaged with poor decision making taking place.

Very very slow process didn't answer the phone for a long time and than put me on hold and forgot about me. When e showed up there was one guy working and 4 sitting and very long wait.. horrible way to run a business
