Hidden River

I've been living here for the past few months and I love this community! It's beautiful, quiet and peaceful. I've been working with Leasing Agent, Maria M, from the moment we put in our applications and she is nothing short of efficient, very friendly, and professional when we need anything taken care of. She makes us feel like a friend and not just a tenant, and she makes our living experience feel like a dream. 5 stars all around for this awesome community and staff!

I moved in beginning of the new year 2023 and I love it here. It is quiet, the staff are great, the neighbors are nice, and the area is wonderful. I can't think of one bad thing to say about this place. So I am coming up on my 1 year mark and I still can't think of anything bad to say. My kids and I came from a bad area to where we lived in fear of going outside. My son was having bad anxiety and panic attacks. Since we have been here he has had none and we aren't living in fear here. Thank you for making us feel at ease here.

This complex does not evict squatters; even with multiple lease violations, one including smoking in the home and starting a fire when no smoking is allowed on the property. Warning to current residents.. this is an active matter.

Maria was amazing in helping me with the application and the approval andovinh process was pretty quick. I love my new townhome and the community so far seems nice and quiet. I can't wait for my kids to grow up here (:
