Uptown at Kirkland Urban

It was a great experience touring with Francisco, he is super nice and friendly. We chatted so much and shared many values in common. They turn out to be a major factor for me to choose Urban in the future and recommend it to my friends. The apartments there at Kirkland Urban is also really good at reasonable price. The location is unbeatable nearby with walking distance to Urban plaza.

I want to emphasize that the management team here is doing a fantastic job! Francisco and Hunter were gracious enough to let us tour the apartment twice before finalizing. Also, the move-in process was very smooth and quick. Both of them are very polite, welcoming and accommodating. Plus the maintenance staff here is awesome! Thank you Hunter and Francisco for a great experience so far! We're looking forward to future months! One more thing - the vibes in this community are 10/10!

Showed up for our tour on time only to find no leasing office agents. There was no time on the sign indicating when theyd return. Waited for 20 minutes, called in multiple times, just for our time to be wasted. Its fine to step out, but provide accurate times as to when youll be back and dont waste our time - especially when wed have to pay for parking after 30 minutes or more.

I've been a resident at this property for a while now, and I just had to take a moment to share my experience with Francisco, our incredible assistant manager. From day one, Francisco has been an absolute gem. His friendly demeanor and gracious attitude make every interaction a pleasure. Despite visiting on a gloomy, rainy day - the properties shone with ample lighting and provided stunning views, reflecting the beautiful and thoughtful design of the space. Francisco stood out as the most thoughtful and thorough professional we've ever worked with. Theres a reason theyre mentioned in every 5 star review! Not only did they ensure all our initial concerns and requirements were addressed, but they also shared the most beautiful love story with us, adding a personal touch that made us feel at home. This act of sharing and the overall positive vibes we felt from both Francisco and the property made a lasting impression on us. What truly sets Francisco apart is their dedication to understanding and catering to the needs and dreams of prospective residents.
