Don't even think about recommending these guys. We moved out in Oct 2023, and then they told us we owe them $400. I double-checked, and surprise, it's their mistake they actually owe us money. First, their move-out statement was a mess, playing with numbers and making it look like we're the ones in debt. Then, they assured us they'd fix it and issue the refund, but guess what? Nada. Fast forward to today, and we're still getting email reminders asking for $400. It's insane. I've tried calling them, but it's like talking to a wall. Emails? Forget it no one bothers to reply. All I want is a simple update on the refund process. It's been almost 3 months since we moved out, and we're still struggling to get any info. Talk about irresponsible! We're beyond disappointed. We held off on leaving a bad review, but enough is enough. All we can do now is spill the tea on our experience.
