MSI showroom was a fantastic resource in the selection process for tiles for our renovation. They shipped many samples to my home as well as provided samples from their showroom. We chose Canyon Creek stacked stone for our fireplace and Cicely marble tile for the kitchen backsplash. It was very helpful to see many different options in our home and with our new countertops.

Was a total disappointment. Small selection and even what they had was hard to get to and the showroom person wasn't willing to help much. He didn't know the product or how to help. 40 mins to close he already was looking forward to closing rather then showing me the product. It might have been that I got stereotyped too. Most people there were couples, some with kids. I came alone. I wish I didn't waste my weekend morning like that, but maybe the review will save someone a trip and trouble.

Great place to go for countertops and flooring. Lots of options and very nice staff!
