I am taking Kitchen and bathroom remodeling services from Kitchen Solvers of Bellevue. They are amazing people. Always straight forward and honest. For everything they give you multiple options and work with your budget. Patrick is really amazing guy. Takes pride and full responsibility of his work and very easy person to work with. Always happy to help. I can recommend them to others as I am really happy with work currently they are doing for me. Thanks for all your help Kitchen Solvers of Bellevue and Patrick for your help with remodeling. You made it look like easy but I know how much hard work you guys are putting. Service: Remodeling

I recommend you stay far away from this franchisee. Pat took bad measurements repeatedly and had to reorder parts, he installed crown moulding incorrectly, worked only part days even when behind schedule, then walked off the job never to answer a message again! And he left paper taped to my wood floors. He was either very embarrassed about his lack of skill and/ or realized he wasn't going to make any money on this job (due to his ineptness), and had no thought for the position he was putting me in, he only thought of himself. Having signed a contract meant nothing to him... totally unethical and not professional. In my opinion Pat is an arrogant individual refusing to comply with my wishes about where to park and where to set up his saw. Be warned, he will come across as reasonable when he wants your business.

Some of what they did was fine, but other parts of the job were VERY poorly done and sub-standard. When I complained, Patrick said I was too picky, my kitchen was the problem, and then he quit. My crown molding doesn't match from one side of the very small kitchen to the other side. The tops of the cabinet doors don't line up and are noticably the wrong size due to mismeasuring. The cabinets were initially hung so high I couldn't reach them. There are seams of facing material that don't line up and are sticking out of the cabinet. None of the cabinet doors are hung properly and are noticably crooked. My friend told me it looked like my drunk uncle did it. Be careful with this company because they don't know what they are doing! Service: Remodeling
