If I could give Eric a 0 star rating I would. We were the buyer's on a deal that he was the sellers agent for.
We gave a full price offer. This should have been so easy but Eric and his client's made everything very difficult. Everything took forever. Eric blammed it on a language barrier however he speaks their language.
Eric then hired a transaction coordinator and refused to answer further questions. Once he got the mutual acceptance he was done.
The deal finally ended with us walking away. Between the non communication, the late documents, unprofessional responses and messages back from Eric to our agent (when he bothered to answer sometimes days later) and land violations and low appraisal we pulled out of the deal.
Even if we have to move into an apartment I am happy to be rid of Eric.
