They did my annual tune up and cleaning of my ac unit.as usual their personnel were excellent and did a timely and great job. Any questions I asked were explained properly. My AC unit went out on a hot and muggy day, called Crystal Heating & Cooling late that afternoon, and they were at my house first thing in the morning. John identified the problem in less than a minute, and made an easy repair, rather than charging me several hundred dollars for a new part that wasnt needed. I continue to be very pleased with the way Crystal Heating & Cooling handles all of my issues with HVAC. In particular, I commend them on their unwavering honesty. There is no attempt to "upsell" -- a very common practice at the big HVAC companies. My tip: Avoid these big companies at all costs. One of them tried to sell me insulation. Really?

John was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. He listened to my questions and made suggestions that saved me some cash! I thought there was a bigger issue with the unit, but he was able to explain what needed to be done and fixed it on the spot. I would 100% recommend him and plan to do business again in the future.
