When out AC unit broke down, Kathy Industrial Heating & Cooling team was prompt to respond, answered all questions and gave us a very reasonable quote compared to other companies we reached out too. They came on time and replaced the AC unit fast. Final cost was the same as the quote we received. Couldn't be happier!!

Not long after we purchased our house the 20 year old AC that came with it went out. Kathy Industrial Heating & Cooling was supportive through the whole operation of getting a new ac & the new system exactly cut our electric bill in half. Kevin just came out for the 6 month check on our new system. Simply the best!!

Greg did a fantastic job when he came out to work on my AC! Fast service. Very friendly, communicated well when there was an issue and provided solutions. Timely and efficient. I would definitely call him again if I need any more repairs.
