        Visited the store today and the only person who went above and beyond to help was the security guard. 2stars only because he did what he could to help but everyone else needs a refresher on customer care or teaching and training. Walked around the store for a while until I gave up, I approached some people but they just acted busy/unbothered. When I was about to leave the security personnel asked me if I got what I wanted and I told him, the person I reached out to had ear pods on so he looked at me when I asked a question but probably didnt hear me, then he paged the same person to get the item I was looking for. Im a manager myself and I know bad service when I see it.
