Poor customer service, I have purchased so much from them and I can't think of one good experience. I can't never find an employee and when I do they need to call someone else for example to cut blinds I guess there's only one person in the whole store who knows how to do it. When I purchased my kitchen appliances, the lady that helped me just looked like she didn't want to be there and that ordering stuff was such a hassle for her.
And when you need help from an employee to help you load it into my car, they have to call a special person to do it, by the time they find it I have already loaded everything with the help of another customer that saw me struggling in the parking lot!
