Titan Freight Systems

Idk how they are to work for so cant comment on that. But I deliver to them pretty regularly the last couple years. Theyve always been very nice and timely. I did talk to a guy whose not there anymore about driving for them if I moved out here and the pay scale seemed pretty good and benefits seemed decent. If you are a otr driver delivering here there isnt really overnite parking that you can count on. It gets a little tight in some of the docks so take your time if you arent at the end dock where theres usually a little more room. Watch out for some of the other carriers that fly around there like its a race track in their automatic Volvos. They arent with these guys but across the way. But over all Ive always had pleasant dealing with these guys and I usually am delivering to them pretty much every other week for the last couple years. Ive delivered to the titan in Portland a couple times to and they were very nice and fast as well.

Titan was a very toxic company, I never worked somewhere so unorganized and poor the company likes to send semi trucks places they shouldn't be and don't plan ahead or check that certain places are safe to send a semi they let the driver figure it out and rather put people at risk. low wire in residential neighborhoods, low clearance and weight restriction areas not places a semi truck should be. Everyone had something ill to say about another my first day, to much gossip and politics. Dispatch and warehouse workers at each other's throats every morning arguing. Not a place a driver wants to start they're morning. Just want to get route and get on the road. They can't keep a mechanic. Trucks are in poor condition. Tools like pallet jacks and hand trucks are limited and poor condition. Looking for a positive place to work somewhere your proud to call a job? This is not the place for you. I noticed half the good comments on here are from upper management. This company does not respect or value CDL drivers. Driver's are talked down too and disrespected. company has a very high turn over rate and likes to take illegal short cuts. Company does not like to pay overtime.
