        Terrible customer service and they always have an excuse as to why they cant make the delivery and try to reschedule over and over. I wish homedepot would stop using them. If I knew anything I ordered was being delivered from this company I would not order it.

        Some advice from 1 professional to another company. Pick up your phone! Do not avoid picking up your phone and making everyone leave you a voice message that I doubt you'll listen to. I don't appreciate being unable to speak to your staff and would regard your inability to communicate as a sign that I need to look else where for my logistics needs.

        XGS is a warehouse and distribution mainly for flooring materials. It's in the industrial/commercial side of Kent, only a few minutes off the highway. The parking lit here is big since they have to accommodate trucks. Staff here are friendly but tough to find. They did get my delivery early and loaded me up fairly quickly.
