Absolutely horrible company. Don't waste your time. I tried to purchase quartz for a countertop. After several attempts to contact them, I finally get the sales person on the phone. In the middle of the conversation, she said "someone just walked in" let me call you right back. She promised in the morning and by the end of the day no return call. So the next day I try to call again repeatedly with no luck. Just a voicemail system that says press 0 to leave a message then gives you an error message and disconnects you. So I decide to dive down and it takes 11 phone calls to find ANYONE who will answer to confirm that they are even open before I spend an hour driving to Kent from Bellevue. I thought this would work since they obviously give priority to walk in customers. So after driving down they have no customers but I still have to wait. Finally the sales person comes out and takes my order. It's Friday at 3:30 and she says Oh I have to have the accounting person ring up the order but we're doing training and I'll have her do it on Monday. Really??? Obviously the training was not in customer service. So I am not happy but leave knowing that I've provide them with my order. Monday comes and no call. I call again but they don't ever answer the phone or return voicemail. Finally I contact someone just before 5pm (closing time). She tells me that she see's my order but apparently didn't call for some unknown reason. Then tells me she can't process the order because the scheduling person went home and she'll have to do it first thing tomorrow. (Tuesday) So Tuesday goes by and guess what?? That's right.... no call. No attempt at any type of communication and attempts to call them are met with the same broken voicemail system and no humans capable of conducting any business. If you want a company that is reliable, honest keep looking. If you like being ignored, apathetic and unresponsive replies to your repeated inquiries', a company that is almost impossible to deal or do business with then this is the place for you. Sane people, don't waste your time. Avoid the headache and pain I've had to endure. Customer service is dead in America but this company has cremated it and is tamping on the ashes. You've been warned.

I got 4 quotes from local businesses (one was Costco) and Dominis stone beat Costco by 2k and another well known local company by 1k. They were on time for every appointment and they installed it very timely. I would use them again and was suggest you get a quote from them too.
