        I've been banking with Chase for many years and always had helful and wonderful customer service. So it made sense for me to bring my daughter to open an account for her. We were taken apart by how hateful, arrogant, demeaning and unprofessional the young man that "greeted" us here was. We took his behavior as a "no" and opened an account at a different back where we had a way better experience.

        appreciate the staff's attempts to assist, but they have no banker so can't open accounts, can't provide service, so not helpful.

        Very helpful, and they offered chips and drinks! FYI I enjoyed eating my funyuns and drinking my strawberry peach & pacific dream juice boxes, while fixing a drain on my accounts (took them 10 minutes fast!) Z
