my 1st experience with Valley Automotive was very pleasant. I was given a quote and kept informed on the timeline of the repairs and any problems or changes they needed to make. Very friendly and competent. I will recommend them in the future. I have had another repair done to my truck on July 3rd 2020 and cannot say enough about how they went above and beyond to get my truck done so I could have it for the 4th of July weekend. They stayed late to finish the repairs on my truck by an hour and a half and still only charged me the normal shop rate. Emily kept me posted on the progress and the technicians put in the extra effort. I highly recommend this Auto repair shop. Great people.

Valley Automotive is amazing. I recently brought in two cars with their own challenges. Valley did a marvelous job on fixing the problems but they also gave me a detailed roadmap on improvements that can be made to the cars. The technicians areamazing and the front office staff are very kind and engaging.

Valley Auto has been servicing my vehicles for 20 years. Probably enough said. My 2007 Honda Element is on a return trip from the moon according to the odometer reading - Valley Auto has kept her in shape! The staff are super helpful and kind, Im happy to have them as part of my support team. Thank you!

Very nice people from the first phone call to in person and also very convenient with drop off and pickup ! Will be bringing my car here for repairs and maintenance!
