Hi Tonii, We replaced your thermostat last week. This job does not entail having to remove your tires. Moreover, upon test driving your vehicle and doing a visual inspection we noticed and felt that your rotors were warped. We never removed your tires to replace your thermostat or for the visual inspection. We recommended a brake job and tires based on the condition we saw both items. You came in yesterday, stating that you went to a different shop to get your tire replaced and the lug nut stripped. Thus, the different shop was not able to replace your tire. You came in asking for a quote to remove the stripped lug nut, which was provided to you. Again, we are not responsible for what happened at the different shop since we never removed (or attempted to remove) your tires in the first place. We are disappointed in your misleading and false review.
