I feel grateful to my God, for having given me the opportunity and honor to work in this company of Tri-Cities Residential Services, where from the first day they treat you with professionalism and respect, at the same time that they train you and help you to improve yourself. so that your clients are in good hands. As a DSP (Direct Support Professional) that I am now, I can say that in my life it is the best job I have ever had, because I work assisting and helping people with a clean heart, who although they have different needs, meet their goals. They teach that they are happy, I invite you to feel that contact of love and respect towards our clients, to assist them in achieving their goals, and at the same time that you improve yourself. "I LOVE MY JOB"

My experience with my family member , is that he gets treated like a paycheck and if you want my honest opinion I think they need to be investigated by DDD services because Im pretty sure that people are clocking in and not showing up at the clients homes and or taking them to appointments on time . Just literally stealing tax payers money . Now however I do not have proof but believe me Im keeping track of dates and times that they are supposed to be on the job ! Ive also witnessed through the phone how badly they speak to the clients very condescending and the clients are scared when they shouldnt be , The client that Im speaking up for gets very upset and depressed when the workers say they are coming and do not show up . This infuriates me. Its not ok that these DDD workers are stealing tax payer money let alone anyones money . If you really think you have a heart to work with the DDD clients then HAVE A HEART AND CARE treat them as you would like to be treated . I know that they feel alone in this life and count on these DDD workers as there friends and sometimes they look at them as the only family they have. But I know what I witnessed and Im not ok with it no longer . I will be contacting the proper authorities and asking for help for all that require the help needed through DDD services. PLEASE everyone that has DDD workers please please keep track of there hours and dates/times that they say that they are on the job
