        Is zero stars an option because that would be my choice. I booked a room at this hotel and needed to change the date. I booked the reservation the day after open heart surgery and chose the wrong date. They are refusing to change the reservation or refund the money. They want me to book a new reservation, so they will get paid twice. They were very rude and showed no compassion. We will definitely never stay with this company again. Thank you for doing your true colors.
