Fairfield Inn by Marriott Kennewick

Pool was freezing. Hot tub was broken. Breakfast was a mess and practically gone by 8am. Room was ok but our neighbor had their TV on until 3am and we could hear it clearly. The walls are really thin.

Bathroom was flooded and unusable. Front desk didnt provide any replacement or refund. Exercise room equipments are broken. Avoid

If you seek shopping you need to stay here. The staff are awesome at making you feel welcome. They helped me find a store I wanted to visit and when they didn't have a bottle opener, the resourceful staff person used a staple remover. Mission accomplished.

My rating is zero, but that's not an option. I only stayed one night, but if my reservation was for additional nights, I would've canceled. I'm a Marriott rewards member and stay at Marriott properties exclusively. This is the worst property ever! I was traveling alone and don't want a ground floor room, they wouldn't accommodate, this a BIG safety issue, the shower head is awful, one waste basket, dirty carpet, no microwave, fridge is warm, the TV is a 24 inch screen. This franchisee should lose his branding. Look at the reviews, you DON'T want to stay here!

Clean rooms, very friendly staff. Not in an ideal place, but plenty of parking.
