Always busy but even so they are time efficient and friendly. Normally last about 20-50 minutes average per visit.

It was Quick and easy. And the clerk helping me was a very pleasant lady. Best DMV experience in a long time.

takes 7 minutes to get from the basic menu to the customer service operator line, to tell me itll be 10 minutes+. Deliberately built menu to give customers the runaround. When the only question I need answered is "do I need to bring x thing" when renewing a license. I understand the place gets busy, that's not what the rating is for. The fact of the matter is, customer service is important in any form. If you cannot or will not provide the answer online, then it is your responsibility as an organization representing the public to answer those questions in a public manner. Not simply give me a robot that won't answer a question. Or hang up on us. Because if I get in there and wait for 2 hours for you to tell me I don't have a specific document or cannot take x form of payment, you've invalidated my time as a Washington resident and invalidated your role in providing a needed service to this local populace. Get this fixed so this review looks stupidly biting for future individuals.
