        A man threatened to beat a women after smacking his child across the face. Security said they could not do anything about it, and even mocked and belittled the upset witness. Security seems to spend most of the time distracted with chatting and gossiping with the behind the desk coworkers, like highschool boys it is honestly embarrassing. Horribly understaffed and over crowded. Less then half of the service windows are open. Do everything online and over the phone and you might still end up waiting 3 hours for a two minute fix.
