        I have read all the reviews and we were not very sure about going with my husband, but the truth is we were pleasantly surprised, they were very attentive and kind in terms of attention and explanation on how to manage our account, sometimes you have to give it a second chance .

        Terrible costumer service. I feel discrimination against woman. We came to bank with my husband and met senior banker Jaime. He was referring to my husband all the time about changing in our account, even my name on account too. He didnt asked for my id, or what is my opinion about changes , nothing. He treats me like I wasnt there until I started asking him if he needed my Id, and Im on account too, and why he is not talking to me about it but only to my husband Im on account too.
