Three Rivers Place Assisted Living

My father-in-law moved in in April. They did not even clean his room for over a month. They set up his medications but did not carefully monitor what he was supposed to be taking versus giving him more medication that he should have had. They have not returned calls or messages we left to try to resolve these issues. We are extremely unhappy with them at this point.

Truly the best staff, and directors. Everyone is so willing to do anything, to help make our love ones feel safe, happy, secure and cared for. They provide true individualized tailored compassionate care, to fit each residents need. There attentive, communicative, and the service is truly like no other place in the Tri Cities area. Your family members, will receive only the best here! Best way to describe Three Rivers Place, and the experience is it's warmth from the time you walk threw the front doors. The staff is always there to welcome you with open arms. Regardless of the time of day or night. This team truly cares, and are glad you're there, and eager to help. You will truly feel like part of the family immediately and at home. It's truly a small hidden gem.
