Brookdale Canyon Lakes

I love this place. The environment is friendly and very clean. The nurse Christi is so attentive to residents needs and would recommend for anyone who wants excellent care.

Would have gave them a zero but i cant by far the worse facility and dirty place ive been in the residents are not cared for the way the brohure says the management is horrible the rn and rcc gave an insulin pen that belonged to a res to an employee also no one can say anything cause they intimidate or get retaliation employees getting let go all the time just seems like alot of hispanic ones are getting let go

My mom loves it at Brookdale Canyon Lakes. Shes lived there for three years. She enjoys taking advantage of the amenities and travel. She had so much fun during the communitys cruise to Alaska this summer and just went on the three day tour to the San Juan Islands this month. Besides the travel opportunities, they always have something fun going on in the community. The positives: the restaurant style dining, the pool and exercise classes, attentive management, tenure of staff, the incredible grounds, and (especially) the dedicated staff.

Health code violations (swimming pool) (kitchen) are just the beginning. Do your homework so don't have to pull your family member out of a mess a month after moving in.
