Very unsatisfied with Fred's Appliance. We bought our refrigerator from them. It was our 1st and last purchase from this company. The ice maker stopped working in May 2023 (they supposedly fixed during the summer) by December it wasn't working again and now the fridge wasn't cooling. They came out, I think, at least 3 times (months apart) charged us over $600 and they never fixed the fridge. I understand paying for the initial time and assessment, but why would I pay for them to do nothing....

Having to purchase a new refrigerator due to old one quit working, had a pleasant experience, considering the stressful situation, from start to finish.

Not happy- purchased a new refrigerator - over $4000 - installers were very nice guys but when they unhooked old waterline to icemaker and reinstalled on new refrigerator it had a drip that wouldnt stop and we agreed to call a plumber and have a new icemaker box and valve installed- water was left off for a week until we could get a plumber. After paying a plumber, We now have a new box but the ice maker wont drop cubed ice - we called Freds and they suggested we get their guy out to look at it- great- 3 weeks from now; unbelievable! I personally went back into the store and asked the salesman to try to improve this schedule to fix this NEW appliance and he said he would try to improve timeline- they called today and said they could not. This is not customer service-
