        Never again. I bought an expensive whirlpool refrigerator 6 months ago and it already has multiple problems. They won't fix anything and is somehow blaming it on the city water supply. Never had a problem until this new fridge. Every neighbor has the same water. And it's fine. Pours clear right from the tap but not from the fridge. I really wanted to go with a local company and I regret my decision. Now im stuck with a fridge that doesn't work properly that they won't fix and don't stand by their word. Guess I'll go to lowes or home depot from now on. Shady company and I'm letting everyone know don't shop here. Hope they go out of business. I encourage anyone to look at all the reviews. I wish i would have. What a waste of over 2 grand. Left is out of fridge and right is from my faucet. 2 technicians later this is what I get. I'm just getting started.

      We apologize for the issues you've experienced with your whirlpool refrigerator. We understand your frustration and disappointment. If the Whirlpool fridge is only 6 months old it should still be under the 1 year manufactures warranty. It is on Whirlpool to fix your unit for you since it is a Manufacture warranty. You could get a 2nd option from another service tech if you want. please call 800-411-3824 and ask for the Service Manager Tim.
