This review is for Alexis who, like a good neighbor, followed up with me consistently after my car was involved in a minor hit-and-run. I was traveling for work, driving my dented vehicle from state to state, and I didn't have time to surrender it to a repair shop. It took six weeks to find a collision center that could fix my sedan in a brief window to get me back on the road. Without prompting, Alexis checked in with me regularly to see how I was doing, to interface with State Farm corporate, to connect with repair shops, and to offer suggestions and support. Throughout the process, she was patient and non-judgemental. The personal help was awesome and above-and-beyond the call of duty.

Poor service consistently making errors never returns calls find another state farm agent this one sucks
