Just signed my 2nd year lease. I truly love this place and the community. The team is very understanding and move fast. Beautiful home layout as well.

***MASSIVE EDIT*** Living here has been ok, working here has been awful and if the management doesnt care about their employees, they wont care about their tenants. HNN/DEVCO preaches a Be one team atmosphere and is about work life balance Not only did they not pay enough or discount enough for their employees to live at their properties l, they put their employees in a limbo to still have to pay a full amount for an apartment, vs qualifying for their tax credit units. In other words, they pay too much to their tax credit employees, and not enough to their conventional employees in order to live comfortably at their apartments. I highly recommend finding a different place to live. This company is money hungry, and only wants to expand out of Washington. They will take your money, push their employees out with a revolving door and tell em to kick rocks. Down below youll read how much I loved Issaquah. Discovery West not only pushed me out of Issaquah, but left this terrible feeling of what was there for me doesnt care nor ever will.I have lived in Issaquah for over 20 years on and off and found the most accessible, friendly and clean place around. I am very happy with the 24/7 workout facility as it offers everything a Gym membership would just without the cost as its INCLUDED in my rent! Same with the INDOOR pool (comes in really nice on those rainy days)! Outside of the direct amenities, there is plenty of food delivery to use, movie theaters, restaurants, dog walkers and dry cleaning services to help out with those daily activities that I feel are always impossible to get to. Being right down the street from the highlands park and ride, the bus stops right in front of Discovery West on the way to i-90 so commuting is more than a breeze, which was a huge factor for me as everywhere around the Seattle area seems to have growing traffic. It is very animal friendly and has a pea patch that really takes off the idea that you are "apartment living."None of that review mentioned HNN or DEVCO for a reason. As a long time resident of Issaquah and someone who loves this area. DO NOT MOVE HERE
