We were very happy with USA Installations and in particular with George. His level of service was well beyond the norm in the industry. I don't generally rate 5 stars unless people have gone over and above the Call of Duty. In this case, George did. The project was re-roofing a remote cabin and he was happy to meet halfway between our home and his office in order to expedite the project. The work was accomplished in a timely manner, at a fair price, and with a very complete clean up. They did find some additional work with some rotted plywood (not unexpectedly on a 40 year old cabin) but they did that work at a very fair, pre-arranged price. I liked the "one stop shopping" in that we also needed gutters and downspouts and George fully coordinated that process. This is a glowing recommendation for USA Installations.
