CMC was an outstanding contractor. Christian was very easy to work with throughout the process. He was quick to respond when we had questions and worked diligently to make sure that everything was perfect and that we were completely happy with the finished product. I would and will certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality contractor.

Christian and Randy at CMC Development Inc were the contractors on my house remodel. The project turned out better than I could have ever expected. Both Randy and Christian responded in a timely manner. They take pride in their work and this is evident throughout the entire process. I am extremely thankful for the work they did and helping me get into my dream home. I would highly recommend them.

I am greatly pleased with Christian Harkson and the work he did to finish my basement. Prior to them coming to work on the project, this was a completely unfinished space. I made the mistake of trying to find a bargain and hired a contractor to do this project as cheaply as I could. I went with the guy that gave me the lowest bid initially. Then I found out half way through project that this contractor had no idea what they were doing and ended up firing him. I am still legally pursuing him to get my money back. Don't make the same mistake I made by trying to cut costs up front. This will end up costing you more in the long run. CMC development is not cheap. They were on the upper end of the quotes I received but they are well worth every dollar. You get what you pay for. Pay a bit more up front to get your project done well. Christian was very professional and friendly to work with. He communicated with me every step of the way. I felt like Christian truly treated this project as if it were his own home. You can see the quality in the photos below. It took less than a week from the first day I put this on the market to get a renter. Thank you Christian for all your hard work on managing this project to completion! You've made a dream into a reality.
