        Horrible horrible customer service. Drive thru service is extremely rude and not understanding or polite towards deaf people who pull up to window to order wont ever go there again.

        Came through the drive thru last night ordered two Double stack Biggie bags no ketchup cuz my two children are highly allergic and they came with extra ketchup on then so we called and told them about there mistake and was told that our meals would be replaced at no charge. Well I'm here to get our order replaced from last night and being told that they will not replace my order I don't know who my wife talked to this is bullcrap. I think it's going to come down to a lawsuit now...
