Im not too sure whats going on here but its almost like a mom and pop shop and they think they have no connection to Dairy Queen itself. Drive thru you wouldnt know but going in is sketchy. I only get the fries or an ice cream just off the vibe from going in one time. Just doesnt feel or look clean. From the employees to the smell of the place something is off.

Went here to get a blizzard. It was 9:15pm and they closed at 10. I was informed they had no ice cream. They said they already cleaned one machine and the other was broken. Mind you while I was waiting for my fries, I observed other workers going to the ice cream machine getting ice cream for other customers. Even customers that came in after myself. When brought to the workers attention, he said they were filling orders for people ahead of me. Poor customer service.

I visited the Dairy Queen at Surprise Lake/Federal Way on their Free Ice Cream Day, expecting a fun and enjoyable experience. However, what I encountered was an extremely distressing and unprofessional environment. The staff was not only rude but also completely lacked any form of professionalism. They were yelling at customers, showing utter disregard for basic customer service etiquette. This kind of behavior is not only shocking but also unacceptable in any customer-facing establishment. Moreover, their inconsiderate behavior was particularly disappointing on a day that was supposed to be a celebration for customers. Instead of creating a joyful atmosphere, their actions completely ruined the experience. This Dairy Queen has shown a shocking lack of ethics and professionalism. It's disappointing to see such behavior from a brand that usually represents joy and delicious treats. I would strongly advise potential customers to reconsider their decision before visiting this location. The lack of respect and courtesy shown to customers is truly disheartening and does not align with the Dairy Queen brand's values.
