        had a 8:30-10:30 appt. the driver cancelled at the last minute because of some minor snow on the road. still a sno. cnty waste truck managed fine, as did a ups, fed ex, and several homeowners with rv's and large trks. had to cancel two important appts. to be here. no apology! the only thing superior about superior septic is their arrogance. so many other companies to try: i'll do that!
