Alpayman, the plumber, was very professional, clean, polite, and skilled. Though I could not detect the leak, he was able to do so quickly and accurately. The repair was completed in an appropriate time frame and I was saved from additional water damage. Thank you for your great service.

Our issue was solved quickly and easily by Action Jackson rather than Mr. Rooter. Action Jackson was able to identify and clear the blockage in our main drain by simply hydrojetting rather than digging up our driveway, which is what Mr. Rooter proposed. This was a significantly cheaper and simpler solution, and I'm surprised it wasn't even offered as a solution by Mr. Rooter. When we asked Mr. Rooter if this was a possibility, we were told it just wouldn't work. While both Mr. Rooter employees provided good customer service and came out quickly on a weekend, the only option provided for a fix does not seem to favor the customer in the slightest. In fact, it seems to actually just price gouge and screw the customer over. Action Jackson completed the job in less than hour for $800 as opposed to the over $7k we were quoted by Mr. Rooter. We will not be reaching out the Mr. Rooter for any future plumbing needs. Service: Drain unblocking
