My 87 year old mom has been seen here twice and both times this clinic treated her with kindness and respect. She had good outcomes with the removal of the skin cancers.

I tried posting a picture of my head but because of how bad it is it didn't get approved. I really wanted to show the severity of my surgery site 19 days after surgery because it looks terrible. I had a cyst removed from the back of my scalp. This is my story: On day 13 I went back in to get stitches out and according to the nurse after she showed a picture, the Dr NEVER looked at it in person, she showed him a picture and the Dr. said "it looked like it opened up" but go ahead and take the stitches out and so then she took the stitches out and they sent me home. Over day 15 & 16 I developed a low grade fever and on Day 16 I went back in and they put me on antibiotics. Day 18 I was worse so went to the walk-in and got different antibiotics. My husband and I have pictures from start to finish because it's been such a rough journey. I have missed out on so much and now I have a hole in my head and the hair growth there is patchy. I am not sure my hair will ever grow back because of how damaged my skin is.

I grew up w/ Orange hair and LOUD, LARGE freckles all over my face. With age (& Sunscreen) they started to fade but Rosacea started coming on. I went to Ev Clinic for a suspicious spot on my nose. My Primary Doc wanted to biopsy a plug from the end of my nose! Dr. Gail did a very talented sample that left no mark. NO CANCER! She suggested a laser skin treatment that has me proud of my skin for the first time in 62 years. I think I should have come here MUCH earlier! I guess it's cosmetic procedure, but I'm so happy with it!

The good: Dr. Draper is very nice. The bad: They are purposely deceptive, but legal, in their billing. For example, in the middle of a routine skin check, she offered to get rid of a skin tag. An ethical doctor should have said that they could remove the skin tag but since it is a cosmetic procedure but it would not be covered under your insurance. Then, I could have made an informed choice. Instead, I was surprised with a $230+ dollar bill for a 60 second procedure a month after the visit. The Everett Clinic was unwilling to bag the bogus charge or reduce it to an appropriate price for a 1 minute procedure. Billing issues are pervasive in the Everett Clinic and I will not go back to any of their clinics.
