I had a great experience here. The ladies at the front desk were very warm and welcoming, making sure we werent waiting too long. Bella, the ultrasound operator, was very quick and didnt waste anytime efficiently getting her job done. She was kind as well and answered our questions as she was working.

Ive had nothing but the BEST experiences with Maternal fetal medicine in Everett office. All the staff are super friendly and very welcoming. They give me ultrasound pictures on every visit and they really do seem like they care for your health and baby. Im shocked by the bad reviews on here because they truly are amazing people! I highly recommend this place they take very good care of monitoring my baby, so I have peace of mind and make me feel as comfortable knowing my baby is in good hands. Thank you staff keep up the amazing work you guys ROCK!!

Maternal and Fetal medicine specialty center at Providence, I wanted to take a moment to give an honest feedback review of my recent ultra sound appointment I had. At the time of setting up the appointment it was not mentioned to be about guest limitations. Such as how many may attend, or if any children were allowed to be present. I then received the appointment confirmation via by letter and it as well, was not stated. Upon arrival, my husband and two year old daughter were present with me. I was immediately informed by the receptionist that no children were allowed in the building. My husband, justifiably frustrated by this informationHe was also not allowed to attend our two year olds ultra sound in 2020 Due to Covid restrictions. The receptionist told us my daughter cannot be even in the waiting room. He exited with my daughter after voicing his frustration. The receptionist then continued to check me in. Being as kind as possible I said Its difficult to find child care during the day. I was quickly corrected by her and told, this has been our rule for 3 years. With zero kindness in her voice giving me no eye contact. I gently suggested Maybe if it was printed on the letter I was given that no children are allowed she interrupted me and said We tell everyone while making the appointment this. I stated that I was not. It was not acknowledged, she still would not look up at me. Then I was directed to walk to a scale and write my weight down on a piece of paper and take a seat. While I was walking in that direction, she mumbled something to her co worker. Feeling already humiliated and embarrassed I sat down holding my tears back trying to call my husband to see if he was okay. The ultra sound technician soon came out to bring me back to the room. During the ultra sound he was being polite but had zero bed side manner. Did not offer to help me up or or down onto the bed. I was not asked if I was okay even while he was pushing down on my belly extremely hard at times and I was visibly uncomfortable. After the pictures were taken I was told to exit at the second green sign. I then asked if there was anything serious found, if I was going to be getting a call? He said Youll have to speak to your doctor about that. I then exited the building. This was unfortunately the worst experience Ive had at any medical center. This is my third child so I know what to expect and the routine, but the group of employees working in this building were awful in their customer service skills and lacked in general kindness. I left feeling like I was an infection in the building that needed to be quickly seem and rushed out. This was terrible. The receptionist and technician need to do better. No matter how many years youve worked in this industry, no matter how many failed communication attempts, you dont lose your sense of being kind. Especially when the patient is doing everything they can be to be nice in spite of how they were treated. I hope this is taken seriously so no other potential families get treated this way.

Where do I begin?... I was referred to MFM because my baby has a cleft lip. The first appointment was confirming. They were adamant that I do amniocentesis, to which I declined due to having a family history of cleft and chance of miscarriage with doing the testing. They wanted to see me back for no apparent reason but I complied. 6 weeks later I was back again and they had done another ultrasound. They claimed that my baby was measuring in the 15th percentile (totally normal and OK by the way!) And that my fluid was "boarder line high" and I needed to come in again to recheck in 4 weeks. Came back 4 weeks later and he was measuring in the 60th percentile and fluid was back down to normal. During my NST baby had ONE episode of arrhythmia to which Dr. Wong mentioned 3 times that this "could be" a concern and cause fetal death. She was cold and had absolutely no sincerity about her. She seemed angry that my baby was ok and measuring normally. The only thing the 3 providers that I saw ever wanted to discuss with me was my plans for my home birth and how they didn't recommend it. Even though a cleft lip was never the reason they advised against it. Which ultimately became the only thing "wrong" with my baby/pregnancy. Front desk lady on the right rolled her eyes when I had mentioned who my midwife was during check in. Completely unprofessional and a horrible way to represent the clinic you work for. You should never treat a patient like that. Ultrasound techs and NST nurses were AMAZING though. So very thankful for them.
