image [Edit to add: this is not a fake review... I left a positive review because of my experiences with the doctors at prov/wsu internal med. At the original time of leaving this review, there was one 1-star review that had very little detail. Based on my experience, I didn't think this place deserved 1 star, so I left a positive review.
Everyone I have ever interacted with is super nice. All the doctors I've seen there are very passionate and care about getting to the root of the problem. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone and everyone.

image I used to love coming here until nurse Rachelle doesnt think my medical issue is an emergency. Doesnt care if I lose my job over her engage on the phone with me. She made me feel my life doesnt matter she didnt care what my numbers are. Just because I dont have all the symptoms doesnt mean that my cant tell something is wrong with my body. For her to say I need to take my medication my numbers will go low well guess what I at the hospital because she didnt care how my body was feel just because youre a nurse doesnt mean you know how I feel. She didnt hear everything I said. My mom had to call the pharmacy to help. Fake nurse isnt worth coming here no more. I would die before coming back. Im also switching doctors over this

image My grandma was seen for a follow-up appt, and part of 3 appts within a month, that included likely any lab results they would be looking for. She forgot a form she needed to have filled out for pre-op and they wouldn't let her drop the paperwork back at the office to be completed and expected her to make yet another appt . . . nice nickle and dime operation; no wonder insurance premiums are so high. Oh did I forget to mention she is 88 years old, has limited mobility and relies on family to get around, not to mention I don't think its healthy for her to keep going to unnecessary doctors appointments to possibly get exposed to some sickness; how inconsiderate.

image I don't want to give this place a one star, but I have no choice. I was a patient at the facility from April until this month January 2023.
I brought in medical records, Doctors can also easily view your medication records online. I was having heart palpitations and extreme ibs problems, not to mention I had moved from out of state so my medication had lapsed, and I was just trying to get well.
Despite 3 ER visits, and even the ER doctors telling me that my medication was a relatively low dosage, I was gaslet lit by this office, condescended to, cut off, ignored, left untreated, and forced to go into withdraws that the ER doctor admitted could have given me seizures. And all simply because these doctors refused to treat me the way my condition had been managed since age 22 (15 years and was well documented.) I faxed them my records...they LOST them.
Not to mention they never addressed my heart palpitations or internal medicine problems because they were too busy judging what *they* think *I* should be putting into *my* body. Needless to say I found a stellar primary physician who not only looks at my medical history and medication history, but actually cares about their patience. Shame on you guys. You literally told me you knew I would be going through terrible symptoms not having my medications and still refused to help. I could have had a seizure. be better. You made me suffer for 10 months. Unacceptable.
Also note!! They have only 4 reviews. After a bad one is posted, coincidentally enough a good one is left on the same day! You guys are transparent.
