Molina Medical Clinic - South Everett

I'm a disabled man from New York looking for a physician! I went to various clinics and got denied despite having Medicaid and Medicare. Unfortunately, I have no physician and tried to call this clinic. The woman was very disrespectful and pretended she couldn't hear me. She needs to get fired and every main hospital shall be sued! I freshly immigrated to Washington since they claimed to be the "most helpful" to the disabled in the whole country! Stop the government and mass corporations abuse and evil ways now! I fear that I'm about to die by 30 and I'm only 24. Please reach out to me and read this review! I'm telling the truth!

I am on MONTH SIX of reaching out to this office and receiving no response (as their voicemail had filled up in this time and no one has fixed it for months or responded to a single missed call or voicemail) about the results of a blood draw that in and of itself was traumatic as they did it while I was nonverbally panicking, and had a second person in the room to physically hold my arm down (they had failed twice to draw my blood and still drew it after my explicit no). I felt as cornered and powerless as I do now, having lost my insurance while simply trying to get in contact with this abhorrently negligent, abusive clinic to proceed with treating a third type of chronic pain that thay seem wholeheartedly unconcerned, and frankly bothered with. This unprofessional clinic that has withheld results from, refused to treat, misdiagnosed, spoke down to and hung up on me as well as breaching my privacy on multiple occasions by not changing my phone number from my fathers like I had asked repeatedly or identifying who was speaking before disclosing my information. I have been fainting since I was 12 and they told me I had a blood sugar problem and needed to eat more consistently- I am 19 and they just told me that is not the problem, still no diagnosis or treatment . I vomited blood and bile EVERY SINGLE DAY for a YEAR and lived on yogurt, water and eggs because I couldnt eat for a YEAR before they gave me a referral- ignoring my history of ulcers and testing me for pregnancy and h pylori THRICE IN THAT TIME- still no diagnosis or treatment AND I had to fight tooth and nail to find out how to get the results of my year awaited endoscopy. I used to work at a clinic and I know someone reads these- so I hope whoever you are reads this and knows that you have broken my faith in medicine as a caregiver hoping to enter the field and deprived me of the quality of life you should strive to provide your patients and that a patient should expect when seeing their pcp. Truly having to go there in person on Monday for the hope of maybe being able to obtain my records and move on to a competent clinic with a shred of professionalism, empathy and indication of basic HIPPA, patient rights, infection control, or patient communication training for when I can. Honestly Id put my health in ANYONE ELSES hands, these people do not care about you.

Rude receptionist(s) that blame therapy patients for their problems, they have only one therapist, who is no better than their receptionists. I implore you, if you can afford better mental help please seek better. There is no help to be found, here. These people would leave you out in the street if they could. It happened once before to me.

Molina’s Billing and Escalation departments decided to arbitrarily charge my Visa account $334.66 for a mistake that they made. They withdrew a sum of money that was not approved, which borders on fraud. I’ve provided bank statements proving that I’m paid in full. Additionally, I spent over 6 hours on the phone with Molina’s own Analysts who agree that the mistake was made by Molina. Unfortunately, the Analysts are not empowered to correct the mistake. Empty promises that a check will be sent in the mail are followed by weeks of waiting only to find out that a check was never issued and that the issue it still being reviewed by the escalation department. Beware that some if not all of Molina’s internal processes are bordering on incompetence. Be especially cautious about setting up auto payment with Molina lest you end up paying more than was agreed to in the contract.
