Koz on North Broadway

I was a resident here, it's been experience i've had yet in an apartment. leasing manager is the sweetest soul, neighbors are all super chill and quiet and if you live in the broadway side you get the prettiest mountain view. 10/10 recommend especially if it's just you living by yourself. secured building as well, made me feel really safe.

Staid here for 2 years and had an overall positive experience. Pros: Great communication/help by the property manager - Quick and helpful maintenance whenever something went wrong in the unit - Great neighborhoods/parks to walk too nearby (west of Broadway) - Amazing views of the mountains if you get a unit facing the east - Starbucks next door Cons: - Extremely noisy along Broadway - Frequent homeless activity around the area along with crime (though its a locked facility, its easy for people to sneak in off the street and steal packages)

Rent goes up while amenities go down. There used to be a bicycle storage room that got broken into and never repaired, so it's now just a dead room, and the two car lifts inside the garage break down often. This year after resigning a lease they are adding a $30/per additional resident, above one resident. Dog park area is okay but usually half of it is mud.
